C\u2019est carr\u00e9ment une question de survie dans le village global qu\u2019est devenue l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les interactions entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ont un impact important dans la mise en place\u00a0 d&rsquo;un changement. Boomers, X, Y ne voient pas les choses sous le m\u00eame angle. Il faut s&rsquo;adapter.<\/p>\n<p>Un seul changement est souvent tellement perturbant qu\u2019il peut faire \u00e9clater une organisation. Or, il n\u2019est plus question d\u2019un, mais d\u2019une suite de perp\u00e9tuels de changements.
